St. Luke's Children's will be coming to Central Elementary on Thursday, October 18th, from 1-3 pm, administering FREE flu shots to all Central students. Your child may participate, without an adult being present, if a signed permission slip is returned to the school. Your child will be coming home with a permission slip today and there is a copy attached to this email. Please sign and return it to the school if you wish for your student to participate.
